Terms & Conditions
  1. Game and Lucky Draw Promotion Period
    • The promotion period of Game and Lucky Draw’s is from 1 January 2025 to 5 February 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. Eligibility:
    • Members who are not logged into the McDonald’s App cannot receive activity rewards.
    • McDonald's App members can collect stamps by scanning QR Codes on the 50 Ronald McDonald's benches after log-in. Each Ronald McDonald’s bench has a unique QR Code and a unique stamp.
    • To collect stamps successfully, one must allow and/or give permission for McDonald’s App to have access to member’s camera function and to use member’s location.
    • Each new stamp collected allows the relevant member one chance to enter a lucky draw up to a maximum of 50 times throughout the Promotion Period.
    • The first 50 members to collect all 50 stamps and click “Submit Now” button successfully may be awarded the grand prize.

    • Lucky Draw Prizes includes:
      • One McDonald's 50th Anniversary Special Edition Mobile Wallpaper
      • One set of McDonald's 50th Anniversary Special Edition WhatsApp Stickers
      • One free Medium Coke

      • One free cup of Hot/Iced Fresh Ground Coffee
    • Grand Prize is “365 Days of free Big Mac® meals, available daily” (Quota: 50 only).
      • Qualify by collecting all 50 stamps and clicking “Submit Now” button successfully (first-come, first-served; the sequencing is based on McDonald’s records).
  4. Grand Prize Winner Notification and Redemption Arrangement
    • After the event concludes, the 50 winners will be notified via their registered email in McDonald's App on February 17, 2025.
    • Winners will receive a coupon for a free Big Mac® meal every day for 365 days on February 17, 2025, via the McDonald's App.
  5. Game Interruptions and Disputes:
    • Participants cannot make claims or file lawsuits against McDonald's Hong Kong for any communication system failures, interruptions, delays, or other issues during the game.
  6. Fraud and Compliance:
    • McDonald's Hong Kong reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of fraudulent behavior or noncompliance with terms and conditions.
  7. Prize (Coupon) Restrictions:
    • Coupons will be posted to the McDonald’s Mobile Application’s Offer List.
    • Coupons are non-transferable, non-changeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only one offer can be used per purchase.
    • Unless otherwise stated, each offer can be used once only, the offer will be removed from the McDonald’s Mobile Application’s Offer List after the transaction is completed.
    • List of participating McDonald’s○R restaurants is subject to change without prior notice with reference to operating conditions.
    • Please present / apply this offer before transaction.
    • Every Coupon in the McDonald’s App has its valid period. Please note and use the coupon before expiring. Expired coupons will be removed.
  8. Final Decision and Disputes:
    • In case of disputes, McDonald's Hong Kong's final decision prevails.
  9. Promotion End Announcement:
    • Competition conclusion statement will be published The Standard and Sing Tao Daily in Hong Kong and on McDonald's Hong Kong's website on 10 February 2025.
  10. English Version Prevails:
    • In case of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version prevails.
