How To Join (Total 100 winners available, 2 tickets^* for each winner)

From February 8 - 26, 2023 (on or before 11:59pm), donate HK$20 to RMHC Hong Kong through a designated donation coupon in the McDonald’s App. (Each eligible participant can only get one chance to join and win the prize)

The winners will be notified via email on or before March 7, 2023.

The Prize must only be redeemed at the prescribed time and location during March 8 to 10, 2023 along with the Prize notification email.
Any winners who fail to complete the Prize redemption process within the prescribed time shall be deemed to have given up the Prize, and the organizer will not make alternative arrangements such as re-award of the Prize, substitution by other participants, or compensation for losses.

【Terms and Conditions of the Program】

General

1. McDonald's App members will have the chance to obtain two tickets of the "Show Me Your Love" ("Event") ("Prize") (maximum 100 Prizes) by donating HK$20.00 to Ronald McDonald House Charities_® Hong Kong through the designated donation coupon from February 8 to February 26, 2023 (on or before 11:59p.m.).
2. The Prize will be allocated through a designated sequence. Winners shall be selected based on their position in that sequence. The allocation process shall be monitored by an independent auditor. McDonald's makes no guarantee that every eligible participants can be awarded with the Prize.
3. Each eligible participant has unlimited chances to join and can obtain one Prize. All donation is non-refundable and no receipt for tax purposes will be provided. Participants have agreed to waive the right to request such receipt.
4. In case of any dispute, McDonald's has the right of final decision. All time and sorting sequence are subject to McDonald's system.
5. McDonald's, i.e. MHK Restaurants Limited (a McDonald's franchised business), reserves the right to cancel or revise these Terms and Conditions without further notice.
6. In case of conflicts between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
7. This coupon can be used at McDonald's restaurants in Hong Kong only (except Ocean Park, Sha Tin Racecourse, Happy Valley Racecourse and Asia Terminals Centre).

Prize Redemption

8. The Prize must only be redeemed by the winners in person and subject to a two-factor identity verification process during Prize redemption.
9. The Prize cannot be transferred, otherwise will be rescinded.
10. At redemption, winners must:
    
    1. Present the Prize notification email (photocopy and/or screen-capture image not acceptable); and
    2. Open the App on site, show the email address and mobile number in the "Account" page to the staff for verification purposes
11. Any winners who fail to complete the Prize redemption process within the prescribed time shall be deemed to have given up the Prize, and the organizer will not make alternative arrangements such as re-award of the Prize, substitution by other participants, or compensation for losses.
12. By redeeming the Prize, winners are assumed to have agreed and consent and procure that their companion of the Event has agreed to and consent to the Privacy Policy (Collection and Use of Personal Data) of McDonald's, have agreed that McDonald's and its authorized suppliers enjoy the right to use the likeness of any winners and their companions in a photograph or other image during the Event for promotion and related purposes, without any further notice and the member, and to waive any right of inspection or approval associated thereto.
13. Participants must observe and comply with the laws of Hong Kong and instructions of the Event organizer, respect themselves and others, pay attention to epidemic prevention requirements and personal safety.
14. McDonald's is not responsible for the Event. In no event, including the cancellation of the Music Concert, McDonald's shall be liable for any responsibilities, and the participant agrees to waive all his/her rights.
