Terms & Conditions
  1. Lucky Draw Promotion Period:
    • The promotion period of the Lucky Draw is from now to April 20, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. Eligibility:
    • Members who are not logged in to the McDonald’s App are not eligible to receive activity rewards.
    • McDonald’s App members who log in to the McDonald’s App on their mobile phone and redeem 1 ‘Extra Value Meal $3 Off Coupon’ with 100 McDonald’s points in a single transaction will automatically enter the FIFA World Cup 2026™ – McDonald’s Lucky Draw. Each redemption of one ‘Extra Value Meal $3 Off Coupon’ earns one lucky draw entry. No separate registration is required. Participants must be aged 18 or above. There will be 1 winner.
  3. Prize:
    • Two Tickets to the 2026 FIFA World Cup 2026™ Final, including round‑trip airfare and 3 nights hotel accommodation for two person (1 winner)
  4. Interruptions and Disputes:
    • Participants cannot make claims or file lawsuits against McDonald's Hong Kong for any communication system failures, interruptions, delays, or other issues occurring during the lucky draw process.
  5. Prize Winner Notification and Redemption Arrangement:
    • After the event concludes, the winner will be notified via the registered email in McDonald's App on April 23, 2026.
    • Event organizer of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Final Match reserves the right to reschedule and/or cancel the event without prior notice. McDonald’s have no responsibility if the event is rescheduled and/or cancelled. No compensation of whatsoever nature will be offered.
  6. Fraud and Compliance:
    • McDonald's Hong Kong reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of fraudulent behavior or noncompliance with terms and conditions.
  7. Draw Prize Restrictions:
    • Prizes are non-transferable, non-changeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • The winner (and the companion) must hold a valid passport and are responsible for securing the appropriate visa or travel authorization required to enter the United States and bearing all related costs. They must successfully obtain the necessary United States entry visa on or before May 31, 2026. McDonald’s Hong Kong shall not be liable if the winner is unable to enter the United States due to visa issues or any personal reasons.
    • The winner (and the companion) must confirm acceptance of the prize on or before April 28, 2026, and must submit all required information according to McDonald’s Hong Kong’s instructions on or before April 28, 2026 (information required include first name, last name and phone number). Winners who fail to confirm acceptance or submit the required information by these dates will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and the prize will be offered to the next eligible winner on the backup list.
    • The winner (and the companion) must complete the registration process on the designated website according to McDonald’s Hong Kong’s instructions on or before April 30, 2026. Late submissions will be considered a forfeiture of the prize.
    • McDonald’s Hong Kong shall not be responsible if any incorrect or inaccurate personal information provided by the winner (or the companion) or the winner (or the companion) did not reach 18 years of age result in failure to receive the prize notification or to collect the prize. Prize will be offered to the next eligible winner on the backup list.
    • The winner must agree to attend an award ceremony that may be organized by McDonald’s Hong Kong at a designated date and location to receive the prize or prize redemption letter. The winner must also agree to have photos and/or videos taken with the prize for record and promotional purposes. All photos and videos taken at the award ceremony may be used by McDonald’s Hong Kong for promotional purposes related to this campaign. If the winner does not agree, they will be deemed to have forfeited the prize.
    • The winner must agree to take photos and videos according to McDonald’s Hong Kong’s instructions during the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Final, and authorize McDonald’s Hong Kong to use such photos and videos for promotional purposes related to this campaign. Failure to agree will be deemed a forfeiture of the prize.
    • The winner and their companion must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
    • The winner must provide all necessary personal information to complete the registration process and allow McDonald’s Hong Kong to transfer such information to the Global McDonald’s FIFA team for arrangements related to the event.
    • McDonald’s Hong Kong Employees’ App Accounts are not eligible to participate in this lucky draw.
  8. Final Decision and Disputes:
    • In case of disputes, McDonald's Hong Kong's final decision prevails.
  9. Lucky Draw Winner Announcement:

    • In case of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version prevails.

  1. The FIFA World Cup 2026™ logo is a trademark owned by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association and used under license. FIFA is not a sponsor or administrator of this promotion in any way. FIFA shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded.
  2. Further, Winners and their guests (“Attendees”) agree to comply with the FIFA Ticket Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) applicable to their Prize ticket(s) for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. The Terms of Use, along with any other ticket terms and conditions, are available (or will be made available) on FIFA.com/tickets. Tickets are intended solely for use by the Attendees and may not be provided to any other person, including through resale, exchange, or barter. Any such resale, exchange, barter, or other commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture, and invalidation of the licence granted for the tickets.
  3. All FIFA World Cup 2026™ venue restrictions and rules governing stadium safety, security and conduct also apply, including those set out in the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Stadium Code of Conduct (“Stadium Code of Conduct”), available on FIFA.com/tickets. Attendees are expected to respect other guests and event staff and must refrain from using foul or offensive language, obscene gestures, or engaging in unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent behavior.
  4. The Stadium Code of Conduct, the Terms of Use and all other applicable terms and conditions available on fifa.com/tickets are deemed to be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. FIFA and/or its affiliates reserve the right to cancel any ticket(s) if FIFA determines an Attendee has failed to comply with the Terms of Use, the Stadium Code of Conduct, or any other applicable terms and conditions.
