Each registration may include a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. All registered participants are required to arrive and enter the event venue together on the event day. Separate admission, late joining, or substitution of participants will not be accepted.
All participants attend the Event at their own risk and must follow the instructions of Event staff at all times. McDonald’s restaurants contain hot equipment, operational machinery, and audible alert systems. Floors may have uneven surfaces, wet areas, or greasy spots that could create slipping hazards. Participants should exercise extra caution throughout the Event. If assistance is required, please contact a member of staff. For safety reasons, elderly persons, pregnant persons, children aged 5 or below and individuals with limited mobility should not enter the McDonald’s kitchen area.
Participants must present a valid entry QR code during their reserved time slot for admission and are advised to arrive at the venue 5–10 minutes prior to the event commencement time for registration. Entry QR codes are valid only at the designated McDonald’s restaurant and for the specified session. Expired QR codes will immediately become void. Participants who fail to attend during their reserved time slot will be considered to have forfeited their participation rights. All fees paid are non-refundable, and no rescheduling or replacement sessions will be arranged.
If any registered participant is unable to attend the "McKids Experience Day" (the "Event"), no replacement participant will be accepted. Participation rights are strictly limited to the registered participant(s) and may not be transferred, substituted, exchanged, or resold under any circumstances.
Please pay attention to and undertake to comply with our Participant and Venue Rules & Inclement Weather Arrangements.
The event fee includes designated McDonald’s food and beverage items. Each child participant will receive one designated 4-piece Chicken McNuggets® Happy Meal® (including a small corn cup and a high-calcium low-fat milk beverage), while each adult participant will receive one Extra Value Meal® of their choice. All designated food items, beverages and meal combinations are fixed and cannot be changed, substituted, upgraded with additional payment, or exchanged for other products.
Due to uniform sizing requirements, participation in the uniform experience is restricted to children aged 6 to 12 who are 150 cm or below in height.
Uniforms for the uniform experience are available in sizes 120 and 150 only. As quantities are limited, availability is subject to the actual inventory of each participating McDonald's restaurant, and requested sizes cannot be guaranteed. For hygiene and safety reasons, only the upper uniform will be provided for this event. Participating children must wear an undershirt and bring their own black trousers or black skirt with stockings. Closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes must be worn at all times. All uniforms must be returned to the organiser upon completion of the event.
Each child participant must be accompanied throughout the event by a parent or guardian aged 18 or above, who is responsible for providing appropriate care and supervision. For safety reasons, the accompanying parent or guardian is required to wear closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes at all times during the event.
Each child participant will be given access to the McDonald’s kitchen area. Due to food safety regulations and venue capacity restrictions, only one parent or guardian aged 18 or above may accompany each child into the kitchen area during the activity.
No receipt of any kind will be issued for this event. Any payments made in connection with the event are not eligible for membership points, loyalty programme rewards, point accumulation, or any other promotional offers.
